Hey, this is Herman, San Francisco's top real estate broker extraordinaire. Alright, we have got a question from Donatello. Donatello tweets me. She says, "Hey, Herman, I just bought a small condo and I need to decorate the living room, how do I fit in a big mirror?" Well, I hate to break your heart but a big mirror just ain't going to work and here's why. Now I love mirrors in general because they reflect light and make the space bigger, but Donatello, because you bought a smaller place a smaller living room is very limiting to what you can do with a large mirror. The good news is you can do the same thing to the same effect with a bunch of small tiny square mirrors. Basically you have two options, the first of which is a lining of all the mirrors in a straight line or in a perfect grid. Now make sure they are all equal distance to each other, that's the hard part, but keep at it and you'll make a great impact with small little mirrors in a grid. Now if you are more whimsical, do an arrangement let get a mix of large, small, circular, rectangle, different framed mirrors, put it all together in a nice big ensemble piece and it will be much more beautiful than any large mirror could ever be.
